Anderson tweets that her inspiration came from a documentary that followed a man's sixty-day juice fast, kick starting him into a healthier lifestyle. Anderson confesses she hasn't always made healthy choices, but explains, "more importantly, I am just like everyone else. I continue to battle with my weight and self-confidence." Looking to get a fresh start, Anderson started from her core fuel, nutrition. She started incorporating raw juice into her life as meal-replacements, a way to detox, and to increase intake of plant based foods. She completed her own fast to flush toxins, retrain her taste buds, and increase mental sharpness and energy levels. Anderson explains, "in general I've changed my life for the better. How? This is what I want to share with you," and thus Fresh Prest Juicery was borne.
