Toronto (I-Newswire) December 2, 2011 - Toronto pioneer, and still one of the largest multicultural broadcasters in Canada, CHIN 100.7 FM welcomes "The Swing" to their Saturday night programming. On December 3rd, 2011 four, 60-minute shows: 'Talk to Me', 'What the Women Want', 'Reggaemania' and 'Soak in the Soca' begin airing from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m. respectively in Toronto and to the world at large.

After specializing in Event Management, Marketing, and Promotion for over 25 years, Jones & Jones Group, a multi-service Canadian based corporation has broadened their endeavours to the radio market, partnering with CHIN International Radio and TV to begin the next chapter. With this inaugural endeavour in the world of broadcasting, Jones & Jones Group, executive producers of "The Swing", proudly presents this weekly dose of dynamic, entertaining, and engaging 4 hours of urban culture, music and talk radio.

"When the opportunity presented itself we needed to take it. The whole team is excited about this move into radio and it comes at a great time as we continue to establish the Jones & Jones Group and our diverse offerings", says Denise Jones, CEO of Jones & Jones Group.

With Jones & Jones Group at the helm, The Swing's executive producers have assembled a high-powered cast to offer music and talk radio à la carte. "The Swing" is committed to meaningful programming to discuss real issues about real people from varying perspectives and opinions mixed with the best blend in urban music anywhere over the airwaves. Non-stop energy and entertainment on this four-hour menu.

Live from the studios at 622 College St., in the heart of Toronto's renowned Little Italy, "The Swing" launches on Saturday December 3rd, 2011 starting at 9 p.m. with Talk to Me. Imagine combining Oprah and Gail and the ideas of Sex and the City with the View; now put it on radio and you get a sense of what to expect on the edgiest talk radio show in this city. Talk to Me is 60-minutes of the freshest view points on the hottest topics and current issues, about and for, real people from a variety of perspectives. Four fiery women: Sharon McLeod, Rachael-Lea Rickards, Teresa "Sweet T" Castellucci and Denicia Brown together in one studio to discuss everything from spirituality and sexuality; love and relationships; current affairs at home and abroad; culture and community; and what's hot in the T-dot.

If the 9 o'clock hour wasn't enough, bound to get listeners talking and ready for some more hot dialogue, Jesse Jones tackles one of the most complex questions men have been asking for eons in this next hour. What the Women Want is what Jesse's trying to find out and he's bringing in some of the most engaging personalities to go head-on with listeners in search of the answers. From 10 – 11 p.m. Jesse Jones and DJ Omada will also incorporate a unique blend of RnB, Hip Hop, Reggae, and House music, hosting Toronto's newest Saturday night party.

Continuing to keep the vibes "jiggy," Toronto's Reggae icon, DJ Ron Nelson takes over with Reggaemania. From 11 p.m. to midnight, this mélange of Rockers, Dancehall and everything in between from yesterday, right "up to di times" will have you hot stepping it all night long in this one-stop shop for all things Reggae.

And every Saturday night, during the final hour of "The Swing", from midnight to 1 a.m. Toronto's hottest Soca crew, D'Enforcas, will keep the musical fire burning with Soak in the Soca bringing you the best in Soca and Calypso from the biggest names in the game. Expect to be moving and grooving to the sounds of the Caribbean.

The Jones & Jones Group and the cast of "The Swing"are poised and ready to create radio history with some of the most authentic and entertaining radio programming this nation has seen. The shows were designed to help fill the void of African-Canadian and Caribbean Saturday night programming between the hours of 9 p.m. and 1.am.
