Lakeland, FL (I-Newswire) November 23, 2010 - Higgenbotham Auctioneers International Ltd., Inc. (“HAI”) has been retained to offer at auction 56 foreclosed properties throughout Central Florida. The portfolio includes homes, condos, homesites, development tracts, commercial and industrial properties. Twenty-two properties will be offered absolute to the last and highest bidder!

This multi-day auction will begin at 10am Tuesday, November 30th and conclude at 6pm Thursday, December 2nd. Properties are available in the following counties: Polk, Pasco, Citrus, Lake, Marion, Taylor, Sumter, Orange and Osceola. The complete auction schedule is as follows:

6PM EST – Tuesday, November 30: Polk and Pasco County properties
Auction held at: 1515 Williamsburg Square, Lakeland, FL

6PM EST – Wednesday, December 1: Citrus, Lake, Marion, Taylor and Sumter County properties
Auction held at: Holiday Inn & Suites Ocala (3600 SW 38th Avenue, Ocala, FL)

6 PM EST – Thursday, December 2: Lake, Orange and Osceola County properties
Auction held at: Holiday Inn Hotel Maingate East (5711 W. U.S. Highway 192, Kissimmee, FL)
