Flood Control, Inc. is preparing and mobilizing its CAT Teams (Catastrophic Loss Teams) to help families and businesses deal with Tropical Storm Hermine.

(I-Newswire) September 7, 2010 - Flood Control, Inc. − a nationwide damage restoration company − is monitoring Tropical Storm Hermine which is currently developing in southern Texas and northeast Mexico. It is also expected to reach Oklahoma City. Four to eight inches of rain are a possibility in the southern Texas and northeast Mexico regions. Some regions may even receive up to twelve inches of rain. As a result, flooding will be a major concern for people living in Corpus Christi to San Antonio and Austin Texas. The same applies to people living further up north.

Flood Control Corporate, has placed its operations personnel on “Blue alert” and they are moving equipment and supplies for deployment. Flood Control’s New York, Chicago, Florida and North Carolina locations are all ready to act. As Hermine enters into an area and becomes more defined, Flood Control will establish a Catastrophe Response Center (CRC) to allow immediate access into the affected area.

“This summer has seen its fair share of tropical storms and hurricanes all across the United States and Flood Control has been at the forefront when it comes to helping families and businesses clean up their flooding problems,” says North America Director of Operations, Dan DiPrima. As a professional water damage restoration company, it is very important to have a presence in every location affected by major flooding and tropical storms.

Just this year, Flood Control has mobilized its CAT Teams (Catastrophic Loss Teams) all over the United States. Wisconsin, Kansas City, Oklahoma, Texas and Southern Florida are just a sample of locations that have been aided by Flood Control. Flood Control will continue to monitor future storms during this busy hurricane season.
