First Power and Light Successfully Completes Federal Solar Contract And Anticipates $20 Million In Sales For 2013

First Power and Light successfully completed a federal solar installation contract on the Mary Switzer building in Washington, D.C. The Company anticipates over $20 Million in sales for FY 2013.

Pennsylvania (I-Newswire) February 6, 2013 - First Power and Light commissioned their completed 141 KW solar installation on the Mary E Switzer federal building in Washington, D.C. First Power and Light began the project on June 18, 2012 and was able to complete the project in under 50 days. The Mary Switzer Building is currently occupied by the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Education.

First Power and Light has completed over 400 solar installations for residential, commercial and federal customers. The Company is aggressively expanding its sales and distribution network in order to successfully penetrate new markets across the United States.
