These "must have" features include air sealing and insulation that works, low E double pane windows, ducts that don't leak and independent testing and inspections to ensure quality control.

Each home at The Sage is inspected on three separate occasions by an independent consultant to ensure that the rigorous standards of our green building practices have been met and the insulation and air barriers are properly installed. The Sage is partnering with industry leaders including Progress Energy, Teco Gas, ENERGY STAR, Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) and Brighthouse.
