Financial Experts from Synergetic Finance In Seattle To Educate Local Organization

Seattle, Washington (I-Newswire) December 9, 2011 - Two financial experts from Synergetic Finance in Seattle have been asked to speak to local organizations this month. John Angelo Flavin, ChFC®, CFP®, CFP®, CCIM® will speak to the East King County Gift and Estates group on December 8 about retirement plans. On December 13, Mark Girouard, MBA will speak to a group of business owners in the construction industry about business exit and valuation strategies.

Flavin serves as the senior relationship manager at Synergetic Finance, coordinating the efforts of Synergy’s other team members in the financial planning and investment process for their clients. He has a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and completed a post graduate degree in Baltimore, Maryland before moving to Seattle. In 1997, he was awarded the Cascade Association of Life Underwriters outstanding achievement award for his work in the financial services arena and, in 2000, he was named the fsic Broker of the Year for Outstanding Achievement. He is currently a candidate in the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) program.

With more than ten years of global experience in corporate finance, corporate development and investment management, Girouard serves as the Director for Synergetic Finance’s Business Valuation + Consulting™ and Mergers + Acquisitions™ teams. He has a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in finance from Boston College. He is currently finishing up the coursework to earn the AVA designation to become an Accredited Valuation Analyst.
