Finale Celebrates Valentine’s Day with the Perfect Pairing of Sweet and Savory

Boston’s sweet spot to feature a savory selection of specials with a chocolate dessert plate for two

Satisfying those with a passion for sweet and salty indulgences, Executive Pastry Chef, Nicole Coady will introduce the new Chocolate Bliss plate for two paired with a scrumptious two and three-course menu highlighting several new savory dishes.

The Chocolate Bliss, priced at $26.99, includes an inventive dessert display starting with the signature Molten Chocolate served with crème anglaise; a Napoleon of Valrhona Caraibe chocolate layered with tart Morello cherry marmalade and Tahitian vanilla Bavarian crème; a praline feuilletine with passion fruit curd and chocolate streusel; a moist Valrhona Guanaja chocolate meringue cake with rich chocolate caramel crème topped with salted pine nut croquant; a basket of lush sorbet and two caipirinha truffles.

For dinner, Finale guests may choose between a two and three-course prix-fixe menu. Two-course menu offerings include a choice of an entrée with the chocolate plate for $55 per couple. Those who choose the three-course menu will enjoy a choice of soup or salad, and entree with the chocolate plate for $70 per couple. Dinner selections include new menu items such as piping hot soups like Thai Peanut Chicken or Black Bean, fresh cut salads like the Spinach & Strawberry, and entrées like the Roasted Pork Loin and Roasted Asparagus Quiche.
