Final Event Card Announced for Rumble in River City

Professional wrestling event headlines River City Sports Festival this weekend in Mason City, Iowa; tickets available at www.RumbleinRiverCity.com

Ronin' Productions LLC, presenter of the River City Sports Festival [RCSF], and Impact Pro Wrestling [IPW] of Iowa, a long-time wrestling event promoter and training facility, today announced that the final card is now set for Rumble in River City presented by Budweiser. The event takes place at 7PM, May 10, 2014, at North Iowa Area Community College [NIACC] in Mason City, Iowa.

Tickets for the professional wrestling spectacular are available at www.RumbleinRiverCity.com. Those amateur athletes or sports enthusiasts who register for either individual or team tournaments at River City Sports Festival, sponsored by Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers, will each receive a free ticket to Rumble in River City. Competitors can get more information and register for the first-ever three-day, multi-sport amateur event May 9 - 11 in Mason City at www.RCSportsFestival.com.

Rumble in River City organizers will also celebrate RCSF tournament champions between matches, as well as shine the spotlight on select 2014 Karate and Wrestling Tournament finals matches.

"We are excited about the card for Rumble in River City," said Ernest "The Cat" Miller, former WCW Superstar, commissioner of RCSF, and grappler in the main event of the night. "Everyone competing at River City Sports Festival and attending Rumble in River City should be ready for some raw wrestling action with some of the best superstars and talent capping an incredible day of amateur action and competitions."

The Rumble in River City card looks like this:

* Miss Frankie Jay vs. The Lovely Kiandra

* Ricky Love [IPW Champion] vs. Matty Star

* A three-way battle between Chad Wicks vs. UGLY vs. James Jeffries

* Latin Thunder vs. "The Natural" Nate Alsin

* A tag team contest between Nicky Free & AJ Smooth [aka Perfection Personified] vs. current TNA/Impact Superstar Garett Bischoff & former WCW Champion & TNA/Impact Superstar Disco Inferno

* Main Event: UFC Hall of Famer & former NWA Superstar Dan "The Beast" Severn with Larry Collins vs. former WCW Superstar Earnest "The Cat" Miller with AJ Ellingson, sports director at CBS television affiliate KIMT in Mason City

Female pro wrestling icon Gorgeous George will also make an appearance at Rumble in River City, along with former WCW Nitro Girl Chae, who is also serving as a judge during the RCSF dance competition.

Budweiser and Kabrick Distributing Company of Mason City Inc., the local Budweiser distributor, are managing all sponsorship activities for the wrestling event. Some of those activities include inviting special guests to a VIP Pre-Party for an autograph signing with all the wrestling superstars appearing at Rumble in River City, and hosting a post-event party at Eleven Lounge, a night club in Mason City.

It will feature archery, basketball, dance, karate, power lifting, roller derby, softball, tennis and wrestling. Mason City Parks and Recreation will host the softball and tennis tournaments, and the Mohawk Archery Club will host the archery contests.
