Fidato Partners Hire Patrick McGowan as the Manager of Talent Acquisition

Philadelphia, PA (I-Newswire) April 12, 2011 - Fidato Partners, a leading provider of consulting, staffing and recruiting services, announced today the hiring of Patrick McGowan as the Manager of Talent Acquisition. Patrick joins Fidato from LECG (Formerly SMART Business Advisory & Consulting), a Global Consulting firm based in Devon, PA where he was a Manager in their Talent Acquisition Group. With LECG, Patrick managed the recruiting process for LECG’s Business Consulting & Advisory Practices with a primary focus on information technology and accounting positions. Prior to his time with LECG, Patrick was a Partner and the Director of Recruiting Operations for Pathfinders, Inc, a Regional Staffing firm based in Wayne, PA. There, he oversaw the operational, client management and recruiting activities of the firm for 10 years beginning in 2000. Patrick attended Penn State University where he studied Labor & Industrial Relations.
