Chef Gary Klaner will be preparing delectable dishes all month including fresh salmon and sea bass, traditional turkey and Christmas fare, and of course, Christmas pudding. These menus are available from 1 December 2009 until New Year’s Day, including special Christmas Day Lunch and Dinner menus complete with Champagne.

Holiday Break Packages
As part of its preparation for the Christmas season, the Landmark has created three very special accommodation packages. Tallest Hotel Christmas Tree – Eco Spirit
All the festive efforts would not be complete without a few decorations about the hotel. Soon the hotel will be adorned with a beautiful towering tree that will be visible from many angles in the hotel itself. As part of the Landmark’s effort toward eco-conscientiousness, the tree is coming from a local provider this year. In a few weeks, when the ornaments have been put away and the lights have been turned off, the tree will be made into paper.
