FDM Group Receives Outstanding Reviews From Employees

BN1 4FU (I-Newswire) October 13, 2011 - The UK’s largest IT graduate employer recently ranked in 9th position of TheJobCrowd’s 2011 Top Companies For Graduates To Work For.

The IT services provider, renowned for its unique graduate programme, ranked above internationally recognised companies such as Unilever, L’Oreal and IBM in the table of 50 employers.

The list of top employers was entirely determined by employee experience and showed that FDM’s “graduates like working there so much they are almost surprised at how much they enjoy their jobs.”

Consequently FDM staff gave the enjoyment factor an average rating of 9.1/10, whilst the ‘Company Culture’ category gave the graduate recruiter the joint highest score of 9.8/10.

The range of positive employee reviews granted FDM a spot on the ‘Top Employers’ section of the website, alongside 29 other outstanding organisations including Apple, BBC, Coca Cola, Google and IBM. 



The graduate employer will also soon be featuring within the ‘Inside Look at Top Employers guide’ which is distributed at over 100 UK and Irish Universities as well as national career fairs.
