Dr. Mahtani did not claim any money from BoZ. Fake allegations against him has been made, which must not go unchallenged. whatever these tabloids had published were all false and that they had an intention to damage the repute of Dr. Mahtani.
Online, December 10, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The news articles in the tabloids Daily Nation on November 6, 2013 under "BOZ in press query parser" and in Zambia Reports under "Mahtani claims K120 million from BOZ" must not go unchallenged. A legal process must be taken against them in order to prove that whatever these tabloids had published were all false and that they had an intention to damage the repute of the credible persons and organizations. These people who are involved in this false conspiracy do not actually realize the damage they are causing to the reputation of the nation. These people only seem to be interested in their pay-masters who are moving with their own agenda.
Given below are the facts, which justify the false allegations against the chairman Finance Bank Zambia, Dr. Rajan Mahtani.
Once Gilbert Temba was Friday Njovu's partner, the person who is related to Investrust Bank?
Dr. Rajan Mahtani never demanded any money from BoZ as compensation for the Bank's wrongdoings, which was manipulated at the time of the former administration. However, Dr. Mahtani should make a claim and it would justifiably be colossal.
The alleged wrongdoings that have been highlighted has all been fabricated by conspirators who wanted to dodge paying back their loan contract amounts and share the spoils with everyone of them who were involved in the former government. Almost it's two years that FBZ has been handed over to its rightful owners legally and so now the question that comes is why then these articles today?
Several culprits have already had their cases processed through Courts. They are now in dilemma as to how to pay back these loan amounts without losing assets, which have been illegally acquired by them.
These people have joined hands with many of the former government perpetrators for using this tabloid with a view to discredit Mahtani Group of Companies chairman, Rajan Mahtani. Their main motto was to manipulate the Courts and compel the Bank as well as its chairperson. Although their attempt in tarnishing the image of Dr. Mahtani has been futile in the past, they are putting the best of their efforts to make the Zambians go against him.
FBZ has been compliant with all the needs of Banking and Financial Services Act. Enquirers can get copies of their yearly accounts audited by the well-known International Auditors.
Matters pertaining to First Rand as well as their conspirators are subject to legal case and thus sub-judice.
In the press query in para 11, the phrase 'the influential Zambian Banker' has been used. This phrase can only be linked to Rajan Mahtani who has denied to have claimed any money from BoZ and has directed investigations through his attorneys.
It's clear that the perpetrators are presently using the techniques of blackmail, vendetta and cheap media. The masterminds who are involved in this case are known and will hopefully be dealt aptly by the authorities.
