Export & Import Documentation With Incentive Scheme Add On Module To ERP

Mumbai (I-Newswire) January 28, 2012 - Udyog has launched its EXIM (Export and Import) Documentation Product to be integrated with any ERP. The integration element in Udyog’s highly successful iTAX, a product extending taxation features to ERPs has been customized to accommodate the EXIM module, and the iTAX-EXIM module is being positioned for customers requiring EXIM automation. .

When we talk about EXIM it should cover pre & post shipment document, LC Tracking for Import & Export, LC Submission of documents to bank, Submission Document to bank after import & export along with tracking of inventory & duty for export incentive like Duty Drawback, Advance License & EPCG.

Today, in Indian market, most of the companies use manual modes of documentation, which are restricted to internal knowledge of such filing requirements or external consultants and therefore they are most often not comprehensive enough to cover all requirements.

Companies face major issues in reconciling changes in processes or statutory changes from government, as more often, there are knowledge gaps to accommodate the changes in their documentation by detecting the right process touch points, and this is one area which is very difficult for an ERP implementer or OEM.

iTAX-EXIM takes care of all above issues & provides simple offline integration with any ERP. The relevant data which is available in ERP, are mapped with the iTAX-EXIM fields and all related reports & tracking are carried out in iTAX- EXIM software.

Recently, we have provided a solution to SAP E.C.C 6.0 where customer wants no customization in ERP & wants all documents printed from iTAX-EXIM. All relevant data fields related to Sales order, purchase order, purchase, export & local sales, expense purchase, payment transactions of SAP have been mapped to iTAX-EXIM.
