Responsibilities:

For one of our clients in Germany we are looking for Executive Jet Charter Manager.

The Role

You are responsible for the day-to-day management of your team (4p.)ensuring they achieve minimum deliverables that ultimately allow you to achieve your annual team budget. You will also be responsible for identifying and securing business from new and existing clients; and is responsible for developing an on-going portfolio of prospects that will develop into profitable business in the future. Offering them tailored, bespoke solutions suitable to the client’s requirements.

- Previous senior management experience in Executive Jet brokering within an aviation environment

- Flexibility to change and adapt working hours and patterns if necessary
- Trustworthy and honest in all aspects of the role
Self - motivated and happy to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Committed to the aims and objectives of Air Charter Service
- Team player who appreciates the value of co-operation within the local and international ACS team
- Tenacious and willing to keep trying in challenging situations
- Adaptable and responds well to feedback and change
Imaginative and dedicated to finding new ways to improve working practices
