Entertainment World Developers Pvt. Ltd. (EWDPL) has announced appointment of Yagnesh Sanghrajka as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

(I-Newswire) October 31, 2009 - Entertainment World Developers Pvt. Ltd. (EWDPL) has announced appointment of Yagnesh Sanghrajka as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Yagnesh will be responsible for the company’s fund raising activities, Finance & Accounts function and Investor relations. He will be based at EWDPL’s Mumbai office.

Announcing the appointment, Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Manish Kalani said, “Yagnesh brings to EWDPL a wealth of operating experience in the area of finance and accounting, M&As, restructuring and investor relations. Having worked with large corporate houses and gained valuable experience by working on the buy side recently during his stay with a leading private equity firm, we welcome Yagnesh on board and with this help, look forward to continue our process of scaling up and professionalizing EWDPL as it grows rapidly into becoming India’s largest developer in tier II emerging cities.
