Evan Guthrie Law Firm Aids In Heirs Property Wills Clinic

Charleston, SC (I-Newswire) December 16, 2011 - Attorney Evan Guthrie of the Evan Guthrie Law Firm in Charleston, South Carolina participated in a wills clinic for Center for Heirs' Property Preservation on Saturday May 21st 2011. The Clinic took place at the Greater Goodwill AME Church in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Attorney Evan Guthrie helped with the clinic by preparing wills and estate plans for homeowners to prevent their homes and property from becoming heirs property. Attorney Guthrie and other attorneys and law student volunteers donated their time to educate homeowners about heirs property and estate planning and to prepare wills to make sure their land went through probate court and not heirs property. Mr. Guthrie was glad to be able to help those in the community that needed assistance and prevent a real problem that affects local citizens.
