There are two types of SIKED UP! Presentations:

1. Pre-made SIKED UP! Presentations that cover a variety of topics from fitness to relationships are provided on the website in a convenient MP3 download and on CD.

2. Customized SIKED UP! Presentations can be ordered by submitting an online 20-point questionnaire written by our own staff sports psychologist. Customers can then pick their music styles, favorite quotes sound effects and things that motivate them. Once submitted our production team creates the music, sound effects, and voiceover for the project. It takes 3-5 business days to finish the project. Once it is finished, it is sent to the customers via email in MP3 Format and can be added to their normal music play list or the presentations can be sent to the customer on a CD straight to their doorstep.
