Entrepreneur Launches Kickstarter Campaign to Bring An Upscale Authentic Caribbean Restaurant Hollywood

Online, December 11, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Tonni Williams, Entrepreneur is very proud to announce a new restaurant project called 5x5 (Five By Five) Hollywood, to be funded by a Kickstarter campaign. The anticipated opening date for this Authentic Jamaican based Caribbean restaurant in Hollywood is slated for Spring 2014. Five by Five Hollywood looks forward to providing Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA) guests with exceptional authentic, innovated Caribbean cuisine in an upscale environment.

This local owned restaurant is set to be the neighborhood lounge and restaurant, elevating Caribbean dining and entertainment to the next level. The location is planned to have a clean, contemporary look and feel. The hip and trendy spot will feature professional DJ equipment providing patrons with state of the art in entertainment.

Entrepreneur Tonni Williams spent 10 years searching through Los Angeles looking for the tantalizing flavors and seasonings that were created in her home growing up. Guided by a passion for food, sustainable living and culinary masterpieces, the concept of Five by Five was born. This will be a place where ambiance does not mean sacrificing bold, authentic flavors for the Islands or vice versa.

Five by Five Hollywood will be showcasing modern Caribbean food, specializing in authentic Jamaican cuisine. The menu is steeped in tradition, with cuisine that highlights natural beauty of local, sustainable and seasonal ingredients in an appropriate manner. The menu offerings include everything from healthy food options to upscale bar fare. The bar will feature an eclectic selection of hand crafted Caribbean cocktails with beers that range from the classic Caribbean to craft beers from local breweries.

The Kickstarter campaign ends on December 24th 2013 and Kickstarter funding is" all or none".
