June 1, 2010, Doha, Qatar- Elena Panaritis to speak on a panel addressing “The Global Economic Recovery” at this year’s Doha Conference organized by the UCLA Center for Middle East Development (CMED). Other panelists include, John Sfakianakis, Chief Economist, Saudi Fransi Bank, Ambassador Wu, Member of the Foreign Policy Advisory Group of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Dr. Farrukh Iqbal, Director of World Bank, Gulf Region, Mashhour Mourad, Managing Director, ICG Investment & Financial Consulting Group in Saudi Arabia. The panel will be moderated by Amb. Charles Ries, Senior Fellow at the RAND Corporation.
