Ebooks And Digital Documents Now Secured By Impervio

Xelleon PLC (Frankfurt XLL) In preparation for the 4th Annual Chinese Media, Advertising, Copywriting & Publishing Services trade show in March 2012, and in response to ongoing requests from corporations for internal doc protection Xelleon today...

announced that it had completed production on it's document protection delivery agent.

The protection agent which uses Xelleons patent pending impervio product to secure digital document files is now complete, demonstrable and production ready for integration.

Company President, Dale Scott Marion said, "It was a move we made as a collective, based on industry demand and requests from potential clients we are currently in negotiations with."

"The technology allows us to speak to so many new prospects with a demonstrable system, and also shows how easy it is to integrate into a server." Marion said.

Using the new delivery agent, a document or ebook is protected with 28 layers of piracy protection, and thanks to the patent pending process used to secure the file during distribution the file is delivered to each user in an on demand fashion, tied to the user requesting the file and also tied to the device that is being used to view it.

"We are in the final stages of negotiations with a global online ebook publisher, an internet email security company and a fortune 100 company who required this solution for internal document security."

The new system applies to various standard document formats, which the company states, "Are chosen by each client based on their needs." It uses the impervio protection which sits on a network server either within an intranet or in the cloud, and accepts raw files, and delivers protected documents.

"We are planning to have one of our partners or clients evangelize the new system at the Chinese Media, Advertising, Copywriting & Publishing Services trade show, in March." Dale said, "We are also looking to partner with companies like dropbox and bigfiles to allow their users to pay per protection when delivering sensitive information that needs to be 100% secure."

The industries affected by the new technology range from, personal home use, to medical document storage, military document transmission to ebook publishing.

The company claims that the delivery agent, which is a package the file is transmitted inside of, can be set dynamically through cognitive scripting routines to allow for special print settings, enabling and disabling copy and paste, indexing, and much more.

The company also states on its website that each delivery agent is branded and customized for the client using it, meaning the client has full control over how the end user experiences the document being delivered.
