Easy Online Fundraising with the Simple Razoo Donations Plugin for WordPress

Wired Impact, a web design company focused on nonprofits, has made online fundraising easier with the Simple Razoo Donations plugin for WordPress. Nonprofits can easily begin accepting donations on their WordPress website without typing any code.

St. Louis, MO (I-Newswire) October 25, 2012 - Wired Impact has launched a new plugin aimed at making it easier for nonprofits to accept donations through their individual websites. The Simple Razoo Donations plugin works with the WordPress content management system and the Razoo Donation Widget to allow nonprofits to easily accept online donations. Nonprofits can use the plugin to add a donation form to their website without needing the ability to type any programming code.

The team at Wired Impact sought to make the plugin as easy to use as possible. “It’s our hope that the Simple Razoo Donations plugin will reduce the barriers nonprofits face when adding a donation form to their website,” said Jonathan Goldford, a partner at Wired Impact and lead developer on the project. “With the expansion of online fundraising in recent years, adding the ability to accept donations through your website has become more important than ever before.”

The plugin allows users to begin customizing their donation form just after installation. As long as the nonprofit is listed on Razoo’s website, they’ll be able to begin setting up the donation form right away. The Simple Razoo Donations plugin is free to install and use. The only associated cost is the flat 2.9% fee Razoo takes on all donations to cover the cost of processing credit cards.

The plugin allows nonprofits to easily customize the look and feel of the donation forms they put on their website. “It’s important to give donors a consistent, cohesive donation experience,” Goldford added. “We hope that nonprofits will use the Simple Razoo Donations plugin to help support their causes and serve their communities.”
