Dr. Samir Pancholi Selected as Examiner for World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Board Exam in Zillertal, Austria

Las Vegas, NV (I-Newswire) November 29, 2011 - Dr. Samir Pancholi, medical director at Cosmetic Surgery of Las Vegas, recently was selected as an Examiner for the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery's (WAOCS) annual board exam taking place December 2-4, 2011 in Zillertal, Austria. WACOS is a professional medical society whose global members are dedicated to patient safety and physician education in cosmetic surgery.

Each year, a small group of cosmetic surgeons from the United States and Europe are chosen to administer the board exam to WAOCS prospective members from the international cosmetic surgery community. The purpose of the exam is to standardize training programs and set norms to ultimately elevate patient safety.

Dr. Samir Pancholi is a prominent national figure in the field of cosmetic surgery, recently serving as Chairman to the Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and to the American Society of Liposuction Surgery's Annual Meeting.
