Dr. Jeffrey Holmes Joins Patricia Berkly LLC

Dr. Jeffrey Holmes, seasoned educator and administrator, formally joins the Patricia Berkly LLC team.

Wilmington, DE (I-Newswire) July 5, 2012 - Dr. Jeffrey Holmes, co-founder of Patricia Berkly LLC, who earned his doctorate at the Community College Leadership Program at The University of Texas-Austin is a recognized expert practitioner in Access, Opportunity and Equity program development. His broad range of expertise includes resolution agreements, instruction, faculty development, team building, public private partnerships, disabilities compliance, civil rights complaints, leadership, community colleges and transfer issues, classification and compensation, program design, higher education and government relationships, entrepreneurism and small business development. He also served as a regional coordinator for ten community colleges and has been a state wide representative serving the State Department of Rehabilitation, 112 community colleges and Economic Workforce Development for the State of California.


Dr. Holmes’ expertise and demonstrated leadership experience with diverse and complex organizations over two decades set the bar for strategic enterprises.
