Dr. AP Grow Announces Release of How to Not Suck as a Manager

Dr. AP Grow explores bad management behaviors and how to fix them in his new book, How to Not Suck as a Manager.

Tacoma, Washington (I-Newswire) August 31, 2012 - Dr. AP Grow explores bad management behaviors and how to fix them in his new book, How to Not Suck as a Manager: 5 Facts to Bring Any Boss Out of the Basement.

After hearing of bad manager experiences from hundreds of individuals, Dr. Grow decided to discover the most common bad manager behaviors and then teach managers how to overcome them. To learn what bad manager behaviors most upset people, he launched a national study. In his study he asked people to share experiences related to bad managers they have had and what would they do differently if they were the manager. The data collected in this study serves as the foundation for the book.
