Other quick-read visual descriptions include: age distribution, commute times, relationship status and homes with kids.
DoNotRent.com also added nearby colleges and postsecondary programs to their apartment listings so students can see exactly how far an apartment is located from campus.
Families researching apartments will find helpful new reports on nearby schools provided by partner GreatSchools that include school type, grades, ratings from parents and distance from an apartment community.
