Houston (I-Newswire) February 21, 2011 - So it looks like Jessica Simpson doesn't want to be the butt of the jokes anymore, especially for her upcoming wedding. It looks like for Jessica Simpson's wedding workouts she has hired the same trainer that Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow used, Tracy Anderson. Does that mean she's gonna have Rambo arms for her wedding. Jessica Simpson, who confessed that being scrutized for her weight makes her insecure, is working out 75 minutes, 4 days a week to slim down before her wedding to ex-football player Eric Johnson, 31.
'She Wants to Be Look, Not Rail-Thin'
"She wants to look healthy [not super-skinny]," celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson (who also trains Gwyneth Paltrow) tells Us. "She's seeing results [with her new workout program. She really loves it."
Jessica, whose weight has fluctuated dramatically over the years, is now doing an exercise routine that includes dance, aerobics and strength training.
Simpson Tries Vegan Diet
Simpson, 30, is also trying out a vegan diet because her fiance Eric is a longtime vegan. The couple celebrated Thanksgiving this year by cooking a tofurkey, a vegetarian "turkey" made of tofu.
Jessica, whose fashion empire is set to gross $1 billion this year, has not announced a wedding date, but plans to marry this year.
Jessica, who worked out and dieted nonstop to play Daisy Duke in the 2005 flop The Dukes of Hazzard, says one of the lowest points in her life was being ridiculed by tabloids in January 2009 after being photographed looking heavier than usual in unflattering “mom jeans."
"I went through a really hard time a couple years back with people just harping on the pressure of how to look perfect -- obviously using me and my weight," she recalls. "It was a tabloid frenzy."

Wow. Vegan. I have never tried it, but I will find some articles about it soon to let you know if its really a great idea if you want to lose fat. Well about her actual workouts I really couldn't find much about it. Just the dance, aerobics and strength training. It seems that she is doing some HIIT workouts.

As you see he mentions 4 days a week, aerobics, interval training and weight training. This really sounds like something similar to the Jessica Simpson Wedding workout plan. Honestly, I've used plenty of Vince Delmonte's workout programs and I would highly recommend any of them.
