Dierbergs Heading to the Lake in 2013
Nexus Construction Service Group to prepare and supervise site improvements for new Dierbergs shopping center
Online, November 30, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Nexus Construction Service Group has announced plans to prepare and supervise the site improvements for a new Dierbergs Lakeview Pointe shopping center in Osage Beach, Mo., at the Lake of the Ozarks.
The City of Osage Beach approved a Redevelopment Plan necessary for the St. Louis-based grocery store chain to move forward with construction at the former High Pointe Center, located at Osage Beach Parkway (Business 54) and Links Road. Nexus is responsible for all the pre-construction document review, bid letting, onsite project management and quality control.
The project started in the fall of 2011 and will be completed before spring 2013.
The center will be anchored by an approximately 77,000-square-foot grocery store, the company's 25th store and its first supermarket outside the St. Louis metro-area. A Dierbergs store in Wentzville, Mo., presently marks the Company's western-most boundary.
The balance of the center comprises an additional structure to be occupied by two to three national tenants and additional retail space attached to the supermarket. The construction timelines and store openings for the center's tenants will be determined as leases are signed.
