Decision Time For Investor Relations Company MSI Consultants On Investor Capital Proposal

MSI Consultants board of directors were today divided on a proposed stock market listing.

Sao Paulo (I-Newswire) November 12, 2012 - MSI Consultants Brazil is a privately owned company and has ever been one, but today the company announced for it to achieve the its long term goals, without creating financial instability, greater finance will need to be generated. As MSI Consultants specialises in facilitating initial public offerings and financing solutions the company has access to the resources required to ensure a successful stock market listing.

However, not all board members were adamant that this move would benefit the company, Mr William Francis, a non-executive director at the company said “MSI Consultants has always been privately owned and well managed, while I agree that during this period of growth and investment extra funds would be well received, I would seek to avoid offering the company to the general public at this stage.”

At a meeting scheduled for Monday 19th November, the board of directors are expected to deliberate on the issue. MSI Consultants Executive Chairman Mr Lucas Pereira said “Our administration has yet to settle on a resolution, but I believe we are agreed that inviting investors to review MSI Consultants is inevitable. We are presented with an incredible opportunity to realize greater than ever revenues over the next couple of years and financial constraints cannot be allowed to impede that.”

While at this stage nothing has been finalised, Mr Pereira expects to release information to the investment community as soon as this coming week. The most probable outcome at this stage would appear to be that the company will avoid a market listing and instead look for investor capital through private placements.
