Two Market Leaders Join Forces to Deliver both On-Premise and Cloud-Based Enterprise Content Management Solutions

King of Prussia, PA (I-Newswire) November 1, 2012 - DataBank IMX, LLC (DataBank) announced today that it has acquired OSAM Document Management Solutions Inc. (OSAM) headquartered in Phoenix, AZ.
