DASH Invites Arts and Business Leaders To Its 5th Annual Taste of Design to Raise Funds For Students
Design and Architecture Senior High (DASH) PTSA presents the 5th Annual Taste of Design to be held from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, Feb.1st 2013 at The Moore Building located at 4040 N.E. 2nd Ave. in Miami.
Miami, FL (I-Newswire) November 28, 2012 - Design and Architecture Senior High (DASH) PTSA presents the 5th Annual Taste of Design to be held from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, Feb.1st 2013 at The Moore Building located at 4040 N.E. 2nd Ave. in Miami. The “Taste of Design” event promises to awaken the senses through a dazzling array of epicurean delights, fashion, art, music, film and a spectacular silent auction. Proceeds from the event will directly benefits the DASH PTSA and raise critical funds to invest in quality education for DASH’s next generation of talented artistic and design professionals.
More than 400 guests are expected at the event, including some of South Florida’s most influential and innovative arts and business leaders. A highlight of the evening is the highly-anticipated offerings of the silent auction, with items including original one-of-a-kind artwork, jewelry, dining, spa services, home and garden items, skin care products, exotic vacations and tickets to major entertainment venues.
“The funds raised by this gala event are vital to continuing the remarkable, high quality public education that DASH provides and for which it is has received worldwide acclaim,” said Howard Miller, Chairman Emeritus of the DASH Advisory Board.
Some of Miami’s finest restaurants will provide the culinary fare for Taste of Design. Guests will also enjoy a sampling of fashion, film and fine art and beverages.
