DARTON GROUP Names Denise Altman As Director, Enterprise Learning & Development

Denise Altman to serve in newly-created role to lead employee development for fast-growing consulting practice

DARTON GROUP (DARTON), a boutique accounting, finance and project management consulting firm, today announced that Denise Altman has joined the company as Director, Enterprise Learning & Development. Altman oversees the company's development and leadership initiatives for the firm's consulting professionals and other internal employees.

In addition to her role with DARTON, Altman continues to serve clients as President of Altman Initiative Group, Inc. (a behavioral and strategic consulting firm). She is also the Founder and Director of "6 Degrees," a power-networking organization for business-to-business professionals. Altman was named among the Charlotte Business Journal's "40 Under 40" and "Top 25 Women in Business". Additionally she was a recipient of the Mecklenburg Times "50 Most Influential Women in Business" and was named a "Woman of the Year" by the North Carolina Leukemia Society.

Altman holds a bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern College, and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, Altman is a CPA and CPBA (Certified Professional Behavior Analyst).
