Dark Myth Publications to Absorb Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries

Apple Valley, CA (I-Newswire) August 30, 2011 - Dark Myth Publications today announced that it will absorb The World of Myth Magazine and Horrotica Magazine, both are wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The merger is expected to take effect on September 1, 2011, at which point The World of Myth Magazine and Horrotica Magazine will be merged into Dark Myth Publications. Details of the merger are outlined below.

1. Purpose of the Merger

Announced on August 29, 2011 in the release "Dark Myth Publications to Absorb Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries," Dark Myth Production Studios has resolved to absorb its wholly-owned subsidiaries The World of Myth Magazine and Horrotica Magazine into Dark Myth Publications.

2. Details of the Merger

(1) Merger schedule

Board of Directors meet to vote on merger August 10, 2011

Signing of merger agreement August 21, 2011

Effective date of merger September 1, 2011

(2) Method of the Merger

Dark Myth Publications, as the continuing company, will absorb The World of Myth Magazine and Horrotica Magazine, which will be subsequently dissolved.

(3) Share Capital

Due to the fact that Dark Myth Production Studios is the sole shareholder in The World of Myth Magazine and Horrotica Magazine, the merger will have no effect on Dark Myth Production Studios' share capital, nor will Dark Myth Production Studios issue new shares of common stock in connection with this merger.

(4) Effect on Dark Myth Production Studios' Financial Position and Performance

The merger will have no material effect on Dark Myth Production Studios' consolidated financial position or performance, as The World of Myth Magazine and Horrotica Magazine is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dark Myth Production Studios.
