Dallas Law Firm Skiermont Puckett Boosts Litigation, Technical Expertise

Dallas (I-Newswire) January 5, 2012 - The Dallas-based high-stakes commercial trial law firm Skiermont Puckett is announcing the addition of accomplished litigation attorney Rajkumar “Kumar” Vinnakota.

A veteran of state and federal courts, Mr. Vinnakota has represented clients in a variety of intellectual property disputes, trade secrets cases, energy matters, business torts and insurance claims. He joins Skiermont Puckett as Counsel.

“Kumar has handled cases involving Global Positioning System technologies, streaming online video and DNA sequencing,” says Paul J. Mr. Vinnakota’s technical background includes work as a process engineer for ExxonMobil Chemical, and assisting in designing chemical plants on behalf of Kellogg Brown and Root in Houston.

Mr. Vinnakota earned his law degree in 2003 from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was Article and Notes Editor of the Texas International Law Journal. He graduated cum laude in 1998 from Texas A&M University, where he obtained a degree in chemical engineering in addition to completing graduate-level courses in biochemical and biomedical engineering.
