Da Factory – Training Facility - CrossFit Miami Gym - Is Moving To A Larger Location

Doral, FL (I-Newswire) June 17, 2011 - Da Factory, a sports training facility in Miami (Doral), FL, will be relocating to a more spacious site located across the street from its current address to 1907 NW 79th Ave Doral, FL 33126. All contact information will remain the same and Da Factory will be conducting business at the new location effective Monday June 13, 2011.

Da Factory training facility will be moving to a bigger location due to the need for expansion from a 3,000 square foot establishment to a 5,000 square foot locale. “We have been very fortunate to have our customer base grow rapidly since we opened our doors six months ago. We are projecting forward and believe that in the next couple of months we will outgrow our current place and so we decided to make the leap now,” said Bruno Garcia, founder of Da Factory Training Facility. The new setting comes equipped with 26 foot high ceilings to hang climbing ropes and rings as well as three sprinting tracks to train athletes. The extra space allows the trainers to integrate a wider variety of exercises into their programs also. This new CrossFit Miami Gym will also feature four power stations for Olympic weight lifting.

This move into a larger location will also allow Da Factory to incorporate one of the most advanced training programs that an athlete looking to improve in a sport can take. This program was founded by Under Armour and IMG Performance Institute and it’s called Combine 360. Combine360 is a program where athletes are trained and assessed in football, softball, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, lacrosse, golf and rugby. The Combine360 classes will be provided by Da Factory’s very own head trainer, Ronny Lindsay.
