JoAnn Cong Yin Chang, M.D. is a Cornea Specialist, Cataract and Refractive Surgeon who earned her Medical Degree at The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, followed by an Internship in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She then completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at The University of Chicago Hospitals, Department of Ophthalmology and attended a Fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the John Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah.
