The new site featured quick search bar, key market indicators, an insight into latest sales leads, and latest research reports on the dashboard. The system also had secure payment gateway facility for online purchase of reports and services.

The researcher module has workflow based dashboards that provides automatic listing, escalation, alerts mechanism etc thus improving employee performance. Inbuilt CMS with version control and review mechanism was also the key feature of the system that aided in smooth management of this data driven system.

Overall the application offered a single access point, better control to employees, single point of information to customers, cut CSR time drastically and provided management with real time data for faster decision making.
