Transaction Increases Mobility Specialist's Presence by 50 Percent

JERSEY CITY, N.J. - Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc, has orchestrated a headquarters expansion and extension for Antenna Software at 111 Town Square Place, Newport, Jersey City, N.J. The transaction increases Antenna Software's presence by more than 50 percent to 22,000 square feet, and represents the company's fifth worldwide office to be opened or expanded in the last 12 months, the second of which was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield.

The tenant was represented by Peter Hamburger, Harlan Hollander, and Walter Schoenberg of Cushman & Wakefield in East Rutherford. Owner Newport Center I Ltd. Partners, an affiliate of The LeFrak Organization, was represented in-house by Thomas Traugott, regional leasing director.
