Cupcakes Couture Now Offers Wine Tasting in Manhattan Beach

Manhattan Beach, CA (I-Newswire) June 29, 2011 - South Bay residents looking for a fun and enjoyable event that's both sweet and savory should plan on visiting Cupcakes Couture Manhattan Beach. The premiere bakery opened by Jenine Cravatt and Stephanie Franz to celebrate America's love affair with the cupcake has added wine tasting events with special themes twice a month at the Manhattan Beach location.

In partnership with One Hope Wine, Cupcakes Couture will be pairing sweets with spirits that are sure to entice the taste buds. Cupcakes Couture and One Hope Wine are the perfect partners for these specially themed Wine Tastings because the high-end libations created by One Hope are a flavor perfect marriage for the sensuous fresh cupcakes created daily by Cupcakes Couture.

The Wine Tasting events are hosted right in the Cupcakes Couture bakery with such themes as Kiss Me I'm Irish, Spring Fling and Mom's Night Out. Upcoming Wine Tasting events scheduled for the summer months include Island Getaway (6/24), County Fair (7/8, 7/22), and I'm Feeling HOT HOT HOT (8/12, 8/26), quite an appropriate theme for the Dog Days of August.

Guests at each event will be treated to samplings of between 3 to 5 different Cupcake Couture flavors, paired with sample tastings of red and white One Hope Wines. As an added bonus, samplings of other delicious and enticing Cupcake Couture signature desserts will also be available. Recent Wine Tasting event pairings have partnered red zinfandel with Chocolate Blackout Cake, along with a summer strawberry-lemonade cupcake enjoyed with a refreshing sauvignon blanc.

Reservations are required for each Cupcakes Couture Wine Tasting as events sell out quickly and only a limited amount of tickets are available.
