Cucina Enoteca, an Urban Kitchen Group Restaurant, signs new lease with Location Matters, a full service Retail Commercial Brokerage with a specialized restaurant leasing and development team, at Irvine Spectrum in Orange County

San Diego, CA (I-Newswire) April 20, 2011 - Location Matters, a full service Retail Commercial Brokerage with a specialized restaurant leasing and development team, announced the facilitation of a new lease for Cucina Enoteca, a California inspired Kitchen & Wine Shop, opening in late early fall 2011 at the Irvine Spectrum.

Moving up the coast, the sister restaurant to San Diego’s Cucina Urbana will have 6,245 square feet of restaurant space with additional 2,200square feet of outdoor seating. The new restaurant will be located at 31 Fortune Drive, at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, California.
