CTA Construction Breaks Ground on New $9.3 Million Dracut Town Hall, MA

New modern Town Hall will provide much needed space and foster departmental interactivity

CTA Construction has broken ground on the new 20,000 square foot Dracut Town Hall designed by Johnson-Roberts Associates. Located in Dracut, Massachusetts, the new $9.3 million building replaces the existing 1893 town hall and provides municipal departments with a large, modern facility that is ADA accessible. Once construction is complete, the existing town hall will be razed. The project will be targeting LEED certification. Vertex Engineering is the Owner's Project Manager.

In addition to serving as construction manager on the Dracut Town Hall, CTA Construction is also currently providing construction services for the $46 million renovations and addition to the Dracut High School totaling over 220,000 square feet.
