Inspired by the legend of Joan Of Arc, also known as The Maid of Orleans, Crispin & Fox Barrel Cider Companies present a very Limited Release pair of unfiltered draught ciders.

Twinned hard apple and pear ciders aged for over 6 months in single-turn Sauvignon Blanc oak wine barrels.

A summer cider with pronounced oaky characters. Lighter body with an almost wine like character with a dry finish & tannic tautness and substance.

ABV: 5.0%
Appearance: Effervescent when 1st poured; light haze.
Color: Pale golden color.
Aroma: Oak, fresh apple
Mouthfeel: Dry, crisp & lightly lingering
Flavor: Light apple with a crisp acidic middle rounding out towards the end with oak & a mild tautness.

Fox Barrel, Maid Of Orleans
Voluptuous Perry (hard pear) cider, aged in Sauvignon Blanc oak wine barrels, smoothed with organic pear-juice, and a very light kiss of pure essence of Jasmine.

ABV: 5.0%
Appearance: Light fizzy when 1st poured & still looking in glass; medium/light haze.
Color: Dull straw color.
Aroma: Oak, light pear, hint of jasmine & honeydew.
Mouthfeel: Soft upfront, medium round sweet in the mid-palate.
Flavor: Sweet pear upfront without being cloying with a supple middle, moving into hints of melon, oak & jasmine.
