Focus Development will host a one-day closeout sale at the community on Saturday, October 22 starting at 9 a.m.. Prior to the closeout sale date, interested shoppers can tour the three last residences at one of three upcoming Saturday open houses, scheduled for October 8 and 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by private appointment before October 17.
