Court Advises in Favor of Viora ; Syneron Withdraws its Request for a Temporary Injunction against Viora

(I-Newswire) August 6, 2010 - Viora, a leading global medical aesthetics company, announces that the Central District Court in Israel advised Syneron Medical LTD (NASDAQ: ELOS) to withdraw its request for relief in the form of a temporary injunction against the Reaction™ by Viora. Following a discussion on August 1st 2010, the court approved Syneron’s withdrawal of the request.

Syneron’s lawsuit, signed by its chairman Dr. Shimon Eckhouse, acknowledges that the Reaction™ (multifrequency RF CORE™ technology patented by Viora) is equipped with the future RF technology for medical aesthetic applications.
