Corporate Leaders Make Their Way To FORE School Of Management For A 3-Day MDP On ‘Managerial Leadership And Team Building’

FORE School of Management, regarded as one of the top three B-Schools in the NCR region, recently concluded a high-powered Management Development Programme for top managers from the corporate world.

Delhi (I-Newswire) October 7, 2012 - FORE School of Management , regarded as one of the top three B-Schools in the NCR region, recently concluded a high-powered Management Development Programme for top managers from the corporate world. The 3-day MDP on ‘Managerial Leadership and Team Building’ was conducted by a group of internationally acclaimed faculty members from the FORE School of Management, between 17th and 19thSeptember 2012.

Over the three days, the entire gamut of ‘Leadership’ issues was covered, with topics ranging from Leadership Competencies, Style and Communication, to Resolving Conflict, and Leadership & Emotional Intelligence. Most of these highly specialised topics were addressed by FORE faculty members Professor Sanghamitra Buddhapriya and Professor Anita Tripathi Lal, Mr. Sudeep Sharma and Mr. Ravi Swaminathan. ‘Dealing with Leadership Challenges’ was addressed by Mr. Ravi Swaminathan, Managing Director, AMD, while Mr. Sudeep Sharma talked about the critical connection between ‘Power and Leadership’.

It was generally agreed that the globe-trotting faculty of FORE School of Management should share its expertise with the corporate world more often through such MDPs.
