Coppin State University Selects Jadu Web Content Management for Web Strategy

Leicester (I-Newswire) October 19, 2011 - Jadu, a global Web Content Management vendor today announced that Coppin State University, Baltimore, MD has selected the Jadu CMS as a platform for it’s online strategy.

Coppin's tree-lined 52-acre campus in West Baltimore is one of the city's most impressive settings for learning. It is very much an urban campus and popular with students from Baltimore’s 50+ metropolitan area public schools.

Coppin selected Jadu after an exhaustive review of leading CMS systems in the Higher Education market. An aggressive program for radically transforming the University’s corporate website is underway and the University is in the process of re-designing their website.

Coppin has implemented the .NET version of Jadu CMS, which is very popular with the company’s extensive Government user base. The University has a significant SharePoint implementation and was keen to select a CMS that could surface content from SharePoint easily. Jadu CMS ships with a SharePoint connector that enables content to be pushed to the web and syndicated along with content from other sources and back office systems.
