Conversis Health has won two awards for the design and usability of its website

(I-Newswire) February 26, 2010 - Surrey-based digital agency Pull Digital has won two international awards for the design and build of Conversis Health, the specialist life sciences arm of translation and localisation firm Conversis.

Pull Digital and Conversis received a Platinum Award for best website design and a Gold Award for best overall website in the US-based MarCom awards. The awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing & Communications Professionals, and recognise outstanding creative achievement from around the world. The Conversis Health website was chosen from among 5,000 entries.

The website was developed by Conversis and Pull Digital using a bottom-up approach that put marketing and conversion goals first. Designers and copywriters were strategically briefed to produce a site that qualifies potential customers, attracts the attention of the right people and fast tracks customers to their desired information. The result is a purposeful design with persuasive architecture, a clear conversion path and search engine optimisation.

"We were so pleased with the Conversis Health website when we launched it.I believed then that it was an attractive, easy to navigate site that brings the Conversis brand to life. We've been given compliments by many customers for the site, so now to be recognised by our peers as well is like icing on the cake. Really good icing!" says Gary Muddyman, CEO and managing director of Conversis.

"We've worked with Pull for more than two years now and I cannot rate their work highly enough."

Chris Bullick, Pull Digital's director of marketing services says:

"This was a great chance to re-build an established site from the ground up. Conversis wanted a site that attracted and converted the right target so it was built around proven-to-convert key phrases, purposeful design, persuasive architecture and the right calls to action and search engine optimisation from the start. The result is that it is already delivering a more lucrative class of buyer to the client. We're delighted for Conversis and very pleased that our approach was recognised in this way."
