Compass Home Group Brings Another Clients Dreams Home

Compass Home Group has successfully brought another first time home buyer to settlement and helped bring their dreams home!!

Mike and Renee ..and their story
This is a story of "happy ever after". When Mike contacted Compass Home Group to begin the home buying process, he told them that he had plans to ask Renee to marry him in the upcoming weeks. As Tim and Michele worked with them touring homes and discussing the process, Michele had to be extra careful not to spoil the surprise. When they finally found their home, it was only days later that Mike popped the big question and she said yes. Compass Home Group is thrilled to have shared in all their memories and look forward to sharing in their lifetime of happiness for a long, long time to come.

Not only were Mike & Renee totally awesome...so were their parents! They are destined for happiness with memories like these, parents like theirs, and so much to look forward to together in life and in love.

Renee's Perspective
Mike and Renee chose to buy a home rather than rent mainly because of the investment. But also to be able to make their house an actual " home", and start their lives together

Their experience with Compass Home Group was absolutely fantastic!! Being first time home buyers is scary and Michele and Tim took all of their fears away. Compass Home Group were on top of everything throughout the entire process, they never had to think twice about anything because Michele and Tim had already anticipated our questions and had the answers right there. Michele and Tim truly had their best interest at heart and that proved time and time again during the negotiations and again at the final walk through/closing/delivery of the home. Michele and Tim were an absolute pleasure to work with and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home. Mike and Renee cannot thank Compass Home Group enough for making their dreams come true!! And Michele and Tim will of course be seeing us again when we eventually outgrow this home"
