Online, February 20, 2014 (Newswire.com) - We are delighted to announce that our UK company formation service, Companies Made Simple, has been awarded the Gold Trust Member Award by Feefo. So what is Feefo and what does this award mean?
Feefo is "a review and feedback system for services and products". Here's how it works:
Shortly after a customer has formed a company with us, Feefo email them requesting that they rate our service as either "Bad", "Poor", "Good" or "Excellent". Feefo then request that the customer leave some feedback about the service. We then have the option to respond accordingly. This feedback is then made public on Feefo.
The Gold Trust Member Award is awarded to service providers who have achieved a service rating of either "Excellent" or "Good" for 95% (or more) of the reviews - we achieved a service rating of 98%!
