Community Mortgage Funding is growing with the addition of a new Client Service Representative to their medium-sized staff. Robert Alvarez's job will consist of handling client service relations for credit unions that CMF currently serves.

Pomona, CA (I-Newswire) March 10, 2011 - While other mortgage lenders may be forced to consider scaling back to compensate for industry difficulties, Community Mortgage Funding (CMF) is advancing ahead with the addition of a Client Service Representative who will focus on serving clients.

Robert Alvarez will be the first person to fill this position at CMF. Having recently worked as a Senior Mortgage Originator at Alaska USA Mortgage Company and six years as a manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Alvarez is confident that his experiences will provide him with the tools to best serve the company’s clients.

“I am excited to join the Community Mortgage Funding family,” said Alvarez. “Integrity and customer service are imperative to a positive client experience. As a Client Service Representative, I will be able to provide the personal business interaction that our clients deserve.”

Alvarez understands the feeling of community that CMF’s clients have come to associate with the mortgage lender. He promotes home ownership education at various workshops and instructs classes with Neighborhood Housing Services of the Inland Empire. Additionally, he was given an award in 2007 for “Increasing Home Ownership in the Hispanic Community” from the Hispanic National Mortgage Association.

The addition of Alvarez signals a move toward expansion and further development for the medium-sized company.

“We’re growing,” said Brock Kasnick, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Bringing on Robert will be a great opportunity for CMF to improve the way we serve our clients. That’s most important to us, making our clients feel like when they partner with us, they are really joining a community where service is valued and delivered.”
